“Ijebu Garri”
Omote-eki Ijebu Garri is a crispy and colon-purifying cassava flakes made from tuberous roots of the cassava plant, which in the process of its manufacture is changed into dry edible granules. Omote-eki Ijebu-garri is made to have better grains, and a pleasantly sour taste, making it very suitable for consumption in this way. Omote-eki Ijebu Garri is well-fried and devoid of impurities and sand. The products are well fermented to eliminate the cyanide levels and to give it the “ijebu” taste and flavour.
